Students of Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry go to Israel for the internship program in 2019.

After 6 months studied English, soft skills and prepared for solving problems skills at International Training and Development Center (ITC), from 29 July 2019 to 4 August 2019, the International Training and Development Center, Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry (TUAF) has sent more than 150 students to go to Israel – Start up country for the agriculture internship program.

This is our traditional internship program between TUAF and AICAT, Israel center. Every year we carry out the interview and select best students send to Israel for 11 months agriculture internship in Israel. After 6 months studied English, soft skills and prepared for solving problems skills at International Training and Development Center (ITC), from 29 July 2019 to 4 August 2019, the International Training and Development Center, Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry has sent more than 150 students to go to Israel – Start up country for the agriculture internship program.

The students will be trained in the Israeli farms, learning about the advanced and sophisticated agriculture implemented in the Arava, taking part in the learning by doing program. The aim of the program is to instill skills and knowledge in diverse agriculture fields for Vietnamese students. Students will study theory 1 -2 days/week at school, the rest day of weeks will be arranged to practice in ARAVA farms and received allowance based on Israel regulation.

In order to help our students to have good knowledge, English and necessary skills before going to Israel, The ITC center has trained different English courses based on student English level, beside that we also organized additional activities such as Food Culture Exchange, Art Performance, Football match, especially English Speaking Contest to create an international active environment for our students.

The Israel agriculture internship program is highly appreciated because it not only helps our students to accumulate their major knowledge but also improves their English skill and experience in international environment. These things are very necessary and useful for our students to meet the requirements of employers in the near future.
