On August 13, 2016, the International Training and Development Center, Thai Nguyen University has organised the Commencement Exercises for 68 doctoral candidates of the Doctor of Business Administration and Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management Programs jointly offered by Southern Luzon State University and Thai Nguyen University batch from 2009 – 2016.
The Commencement Exercises have been organised successfully in the happiness of all participants, especially the 68 graduates.

The years you have spent completing these doctoral programs is short if compared with a lifetime. However, it is long enough to acknowledge that you recognize the importance of continuous learning, that you work hard, and that you have the knowledge and ability to make a contribution in your organization, your community and your country in this global integration era, while leading a good life.
The doctor graduates, my friends! The Commencement Exercises of 68 doctor graduates this time once again evidences the mutual, equal, effective cooperation between Thai Nguyen University and Southern Luzon State University. Your success serves the best evidence and it is not of your own but of Thai Nguyen University and Southern Luzon State University as well.
