Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Thi Bich Thao,  Director of The International Training and Development Center, had a meeting with students before they are going to Japan. She help students to set their goals clearly during the time in Japan because it will be the basis for their career choices in the future. According to Mrs.Thao, currently,  the job market of our country lacks human resources in hi-tech agriculture. Today, 23 students have the opportunity to come to study and practice directly with the most famous agricultural technology in the world, so they need to pay attention and learn everything. It will be successful if they can apply the knowledge, skills when comeback homeland.

Today, when everything is ready, 23 students went to Japan with their passion. During the internship, students will learn about high-technology agriculture on some kinds of vegetables with On-job training. Students have 1 month for studying, 6 months for paid internship and they will be given a Certificate of Completion at the end of the internship. Especially, Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry has changed its curriculum to include the internship program abroad as credits for graduation internship. This is a new important point that not only offers great opportunities for students, but also requires them to be more self-consciously and responsible during the internship to practice and gain knowledge.
