In order to help students have orientation about working experience, living abroad and see the important of learning English in integration area, on the 7 of December, 2016, International Training and Development Center – Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry (TUAF) cooperated with US’s partner holding the orientation and interview for students from 7 – 9 of December, 2016.
In the schedule of The internship program in US in 2017, Mr. Christopher Clegg, Mr. David N.Dahl and Mr. Harold David Grindstaff – representative of Wise Foundation have been visited International Training and Development Center – Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry, Vietnam and interviewed applicants for internship program in United Stated in 2017. Prof.PHD. Hoang Thi Bich Thao – Director and staffs of International Training and Development Center were warmly welcoming Wise’s representatives.
In the meeting, Mr. Harold David shown the interesting information about the US and golf course, typical feature of golf course and specific information of this program.
Mr. David also emphasized the important of English for working and living in the US so he said that: Students should spend their time on learning English and communicating in English which is one of the most important luggages before leaving for US.
Mr. Harold David has a speech with students.
Continuing the successful of the Internship Program in the US in 2016, there were more than 100 students coming from a lot of universities in Vietnam go to Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry for interviewing, especially this year foreign students who are studying at TUAF also participated.
In this year, because of studying English for long time so students got the praise of Wise’s delegation and has a lot of placement for internship in the next time.
In 9th December, the representative of Wise Foundation has the meeting with the Leader of Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry. In the meeting, Wise’s delegation and TUAF’s representative have talked about the last program and also the shortcomings needed to overcome. Moreover, Wise and TUAF committed about the enlargement of area and improve the quality of program.
In conclusion of 3 days working, more than 60 students were accepted for the program in 2017, which is the chance for students to accumulate the knowledge in international working environment – one of the most important requires of the recruitment in this area.
